Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Guide: Points, Cards & Elite Status

Accor runs over 5,700 hotels across 110 countries. In India, that means Ibis near airports, Novotel in tech corridors, Fairmont in Jaipur, and Raffles in Udaipur.

ALL (Accor Live Limitless) is the free loyalty programme that ties all of them together.

This guide covers how it works, what your points are actually worth, and how to earn them quickly using Indian credit cards in 2026.

1. How ALL Points Work

Two Types of Points –

i) Reward Points:

Reward Points are what you spend. They can be used for:

  • Hotel stays
  • Dining
  • Spa treatments
  • Room upgrades

You earn them through eligible stays and credit card transfers.

ii) Status Points:

Status Points determine your elite tier, from Classic to Diamond.

They can only be earned from:

  • Eligible paid hotel stays
  • Eligible events

Credit card transfers do not earn Status Points.

2. What Is an ALL Reward Point Worth?

This is where ALL is genuinely different.

Every 2,000 ALL points = €40 off your hotel bill. This is a core feature of Accor, which is listed in the Accor Live Limitless Terms & Conditions.

Assuming €1 ≈ ₹100:

  • 2,000 points = ₹4,000
  • 1 ALL point ≈ ₹2

Unlike airline programmes, there are:

  • No award charts
  • No dynamic pricing
  • No blackout dates

Minimum redemption is generally between 1,000–2,000 points, depending on the property.

Most hotels redeem points in blocks of 2,000 points.

You can also use points plus cash in the same booking.

3. Points Expiry

ALL points expire 12 months after your last account activity.

Qualifying activity includes:

  • Eligible hotel stays
  • Redeeming points
  • Credit card transfers
  • Donating 500 ALL points through the ALL portal

Even a small transfer or donation resets the expiry for another 12 months.

4. Accor Hotel Brands in India

TierBrandsTypical Rate
LuxuryRaffles, Fairmont, Banyan Tree, Sofitel₹25,000 – ₹80,000/night
PremiumPullman, MGallery, Swissôtel, Grand Mercure₹8,000 – ₹20,000/night
MidscaleNovotel, Mercure₹5,000 – ₹12,000/night
EconomyIbis, Ibis Styles₹2,500 – ₹6,000/night

Ibis and Ibis Styles earn Reward Points at a lower rate than premium brands, but redemption value remains exactly the same.

Popular redemption choices include airport hotels like:

  • Raffles Jaipur
  • Raffles Udaipur
  • Fairmont Jaipur
  • Novotel Delhi Aerocity
  • Pullman Delhi Aerocity
  • Novotel Mumbai Airport

5. ALL Elite Status Tiers

TierQualificationMain Benefits

Silver10 nights or 2,000 Status PointsWelcome drink, late checkout (subject to availability)
Gold30 nights or 7,000 Status PointsRoom upgrades, guaranteed early check-in or late checkout
Platinum60 nights or 14,000 Status PointsFree breakfast (Asia-Pacific), lounge access, suite upgrade vouchers
Diamond26,000 Status PointsFree breakfast worldwide, €100 dining/spa credit per stay
6. Which Tier Is Worth Chasing?

i) Silver & Gold

Ideal for regular business travellers. Gold is where the programme starts becoming genuinely valuable.

ii) Platinum

Platinum is the sweet spot. Benefits like complimentary breakfast and lounge access can easily save ₹8,000–₹12,000 over a four-night stay.

iii) Diamond

Diamond is aimed at extremely frequent international travellers and has no qualification path through nights alone.

6. How to Earn ALL Reward Points

i) Earn Through Hotel Stays

Book directly via:

  • Accor website
  • Accor mobile app

Bookings made through:

  • MakeMyTrip
  • Booking.com
  • Yatra

do not earn ALL points.

ii) Reward rates vary by brand:

  • Luxury & Premium: 25 Reward Points per €10
  • Ibis & Ibis Styles: 12.5 Reward Points per €10

iii) Earn Through Dining

Participating restaurants also earn Reward Points.

You earn 1 Reward Point per €1 spent (excluding taxes).

Share your ALL membership details with the restaurant before the bill is generated.

However, Redeeming points specifically for dining gives only half the value compared to hotel redemptions. It is much better to redeem your points against hotel bills.

7. Earn Through Credit Card Transfers

For most Indians, this is the fastest earning method.

Current options are:

Credit CardTransfer RatioEffective ALL Earnings
HSBC TravelOne1:1Up to 24 ALL points per ₹100 on travel; 2 ALL points per ₹100 otherwise
HSBC Premier1:1Up to 36 ALL points per ₹100 on travel; 3 ALL points per ₹100 otherwise
HDFC Infinia2:1Up to 25 ALL points per ₹150 via SmartBuy; 2.5 ALL points otherwise
HDFC Diners Club Black Metal2:1Same as Infinia
HDFC Regalia Gold2:110X rewards on SmartBuy hotel bookings

8. How to Redeem ALL Points

i) Redeeming for Hotel Stays

Book a flexible rate directly through Accor.

At check-out, request the hotel to apply your Reward Points.

Points redeem in multiples of 2,000, with each block reducing your bill by approximately ₹4,000.

You can also use points for:

  • Breakfast
  • Spa
  • Dining
  • Other eligible room charges

Simply ask the hotel to post those charges to your room before check-out.

Due to this, the expenses are clubbed with the room charges, and are then payable at the 2,000 Reward Points ~ ₹4,000 rate.

Note: GST is charged separately regardless of how many points are used. Depending on the property, GST may also be payable using ALL points.

9. Popular Redemption Examples

Raffles Udaipur₹25,000–₹80,00012,000–40,000
Raffles Jaipur₹25,000–₹70,00012,000–40,000

Novotel Pune₹8,000–₹20,0004,000–10,000
Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road₹4,000–₹8,0002,000–4,000

10. Other Redemptions (Usually Not Worth It)

Avoid using ALL points for:

  • Airline transfers
  • Merchandise
  • Dining-only redemptions

These generally provide only ₹0.40 – ₹0.80 per point, compared to approximately ₹2 per point on hotel stays.

One exception is the Limitless Experiences section, where occasional promotions can exceed normal redemption value.

11. Common Mistakes to Avoid

i) Booking Through OTAs

Bookings via:

  • MakeMyTrip
  • Booking.com
  • Yatra

earn zero ALL, do not count towards Status Nights and do not earn Status Points .

Always compare prices, but book directly whenever possible.

ii) Transferring to Airlines

Airline transfers typically return only 40–80 paise per point.

Hotel redemptions consistently return around ₹2 per point.

iii) Hoarding Points

Transfer partners can disappear. Axis Bank removed Accor with little notice in April 2026.

Earn towards planned trips rather than stockpiling indefinitely.

iv) Forgetting About Expiry

A small credit card transfer or a 500-point donation resets the expiry clock. Don’t let points expire unnecessarily.

12. Good to Know

Accor Best Price Guarantee

  • Raffles
  • Swissôtel

the additional discount is 10%.

To claim:

13. Transfer Bonus Promotions

HSBC Bank and HDFC Bank periodically offer transfer bonuses.

Examples include:

  • HSBC 50% bonus (December 2025)
  • HSBC Accor Bonus Festival (May 2026)

A 50% bonus means:

Instead of receiving 2,000 ALL points, you receive 3,000 points for the same transfer.

Whenever possible:

  • Transfer only when you have a planned stay.
  • Prefer bonus windows over speculative transfers.

15. Final Verdict

ALL is one of the simplest hotel loyalty programmes available.

Its biggest advantage is predictable value:

  • Approximately ₹2 per point
  • No award charts
  • No blackout dates
  • Flexible points-plus-cash bookings

Following Axis Bank’s exit in 2026, HSBC Cards and HDFC Cards remain the strongest earning routes.

Transfer during bonus promotions, book directly, and redeem primarily for hotel stays to maximise value.
